I am using photoshop 5.5 and trying to learn.I use many features of the photoshop, but still could not find a way to draw a simple circle.Would somebody please show me the way.

To make a circle in Photoshop, use the circle marquee tool (hold down the shift key to keep it a perfect circle, or use the tool pallete to set the an absolute size). Since it sounds like you want an outline of a circle go to edit> stroke and select your line width, and if you wnat the circle to be outside, center, or inside.

BTW to make perfect circles every time, in the marquee options box instead of normal you can pick either "fixed" and set a circle size or select "constrained aspect ratio" (I think PS is not open right now) and put a ratio of 1x1.

...or hold down the shift key when you drag the marquee. That'll keep it constrained to 1x1, also.
