Wow, that .sig just steps right out of the browser and slaps you silly. Could it be bigger and more of a contrast?

I don't have a template... I have made a skin once (I was pretty proud of it) maybe you can use it... *shrugs* I don't have ICQ anymore, in case anyone asks.

YO! F1...that is my new sig in BETA stages. go to the SIG forum to see what it started as. I have a smalled version done, just have to upload it.
