How do I type up and down? (Like when you turn your head left at a 45 degree angle(((angel?))) and read it) Hope you guys can help me

i think you mean 90 degree.
ok.
1) hold down the "T" (type tool) button. then select the solid "T" with a down arrow next to it.
OR
2) type your text, then edit -> transform -> numeric. or edit->transform -> rotate 90 degrees.
