The gaussian blur one is really cool and the displace is also one of the best. They're all found under the filters menu. Also, curves and levels are definite favorites. They're found under the image->adjust menu. Enjoy

I have a tendency to plug-in and toss-out. But I haven't gone through one of those phases for a long time. I can never find anything useful for them. Boring. Silence, don't be suprised if Steve reprimands you for calling Curves a plug-in.
