woody Obsessive-Compulsive (I) Inmate From: Rapid City, MI (Way North) Insane since: Mar 2001	posted 06-24-2001 15:56 I am fairly inexperienced in PhotoShop 6.0. Sometimes when I open a graphic in PS, in the Layers Pallet, it is called Index rather than Background and I can't do anything with it. What gives and how do I avoid this? Thanks in advance.

I am but a PS Midget compared to some of the artists around the Asylum.... I just enjoy dabblin and experimenting...
