Hello there... I'm a newcomer, also a beginner about Photoshop (A REAL beginner). I don't understand about 3D... masks, etc. At the "Glass" section, could anyone explain about this: "The first thing we need to do is create a round ball. For this we will use the Lighting Effects filter, but before we fire that up we will need a mask for the 3D effects. I'll start with a circular channel, the same shape as the circle on the layers, cool? Working on that channel, let's select the round shape and fire up the "Blur/Gaussian Blur" filter." ? |

Try the lighting effects tutes first before the glass tute and it will all make sense... |

Yeah, I've seen a couple of people in here asking similar questions. Mabey the Doc might read through this and decide to re-arrange hands on so the easy tutes are at the top hehe |
