Hi. This is my first post here, but I have been watching you all for a very long time. I know everything about you, I even know where you live! Mwhaahahahha........ No, wait, lets start over. I was recently going through a zombie tutorial that someone here posted, and I eventually came up with this.

I was just wondering if anyone knew how to make it look like my zombie had been cut up a bit. I'll say thanks now so I don't have to do it later

And add a little shadow to your bloody part, so it looks like inside:

Select the inside area (the cutted area?, well whatever) and use your airbrush with a medium brush and go with one half inside the selection and another in the outside of it.

on the cut/ thing, you should be able to use the same basic techniques to make the gashes and scars as you did on the hole in her face. just scale them down a bit.

Start with a small jagged line ( burn tool, or maybe on a new layer airbrush ), then lightly darken around the edges to give it some depth, lighten just outside that, add stitches, or torn edges. TADA.
