Take the supplied image of the woman; copy the supplied KnockOut-generated alpha channel and paste into a new channel in the original image. Command/control + click the new alpha (y'a know - this is just a convenience. Since they both exist as separate files the same size you could do Selection>Load Selection from the woman's file and choose the alpha file); anyhow, with the selection active, drag the selected image (with the move tool) into some other file, preferably obtained thru legal means (!) and monkey around with it from there.

Okay, so I flipped the image horizontally, and gave her a little transparency in the , uh, upper torso region, but otherwise I did nothing at all to the KnockOut generated alpha channel. Pretty sweet silhouette!
