I just opened up Photoshop and the color is completely fucked. White is now lavendar and all the other colors have shifted accordingly (even Pantone colors). This isn't from anything I changed, in fact I don't even think the computer crashed. I tried messing around with the color profiles, but I don't really understand them so I don't know what to look for. |

I'm assuming you mean that your color is only screwed in PS. On mac...ok what version of PS are you using? |

PS 5.5, and yes, only in PS. Although interestingly enough the preview in the open dialog is still correct as was the display in ProJPEG when I saved. Here, examine this screenshot. |

Well I never had 5.5, but I think you go under "file" and then into color settings and then rgb setup. Adobe rgb 1998 is usually a fair choice. Now for CMYK, well that all depends on what you print to. More than likely you'll choose your local printer's profile (I don't remember you being a print person anyway). |

Once on an older machine I had to un-check "display using monitor profile" (found in the same RGB settings dialog Jeni mentioned). |

One thing you could try as a last resort would be to go into the System Folder>Preferences> Adobe Photoshop 5 Paths |
