Not that I know of, but you can open it in Illustrator 9.0. |

Yeah, Ilustrator is probably your best bet to keep the vector file editable. |

I was thinking about asking for one, but it seemed so obvious that I thought it was a non-vialble solution. So, I wasn't sure if a cookie was in order. |

Kroma is correct. The things that MUST be remembered is 1) change all your layer colors to white (so they appear black in PS); 2) Make sure you set the plot scale to 'SCALE TO FIT' and 3) Make sure your plot area is correctly set (zoom in as tight as possible to avoid the pixalation). |
