Another question...

I have a small jpeg image (199 by 100)

When I open it and try to make it bigger it looses its quality...how can I make it bigger without making it blury and ugly looking? Is there a way to make that image as sharp as it was small????

You can't get it as sharp as the original when you blow it up. Thats the curse of pixelbased graphics compared to vector based.

You ought to be able to enlarge it some by fiddling with unsharp mask, gaussian blur and sharpen, but considering it is a jpg to start with you might have lost a bit during the compression. (= less good results)

If it has a (very) simple structure you may want to vectorize it and scale that.

Unfortunately this won´t work for most pics, and nope, there´s no way to make a bitmap image (that what jpg is, compressed anyways) larger without losing quality, since there´s only so much information in the original pic.
