| Paranoid (IV) Inmate From: Kansas City, MO  USA |  posted 03-11-2002 05:16 Hey,  I have been making a reproduction of Mondrian?s Lozenge, Blue, Yellow and Red ... but am having difficulties saving the transparent gif image without a white fringe showing up.  I can't use the de-fringe tool because the background is transparent and nothing happens.  I've tried cropping into the image, and adding a black boarder around the image, but I still get these wild white to gray fringes.    I can't believe how much time I have spent trying to fight this one.  aaaaauuuuuuuggggh.... I need my meds, someone to hold me, and my teddy bear.   |

| Obsessive-Compulsive (I) Inmate From: Fort Lauderdale Florida |  posted 03-11-2002 06:40 I am having the same prob I cant get the image to be transparent I have a large image for the background for my site and cant use the image for the bacground of the word i am useing so it needs to be transparent I have even tried using an image that i know is transparent an a pink back ground comes up and I cant edit to try and make an image its kinda bumbing me out send me an email if you can help |
