Im using the following picture as a template for a new site I am working on. I wanted to know how i could add depth to the edges of the blue part? Can anyone help me out?

I remember seeing a link in a post once to a site that I can't remember the URL of. it hosted freely downloadable interfaces, and there where some pretty good designs on there, a good source for ideas an'
stuff... anyone know what I'm on about?

eyeball has an 'interface depot' depot where you can DL templates if you can't design them yourself. Not too many, but some decent shapage to practice on.
