Preserved Topic: Preventing objects to snap to the edge (Page 1 of 1)

When moving e.g text in Photoshop it snaps to the edges when coming to near it. Is this preventable by holding down some button or similar?

I'm not sure about a key or something for it,
but you could always,. move it close to where you want it, then just move it with your arrow keys one pixel at a time,

I personally move most of my detailed work in this manner

Yea, I've tried with the arrows but that doesn't work for me.

Try:

Shift+Crtl+; or just Veiw>Snap. That should turn it off for you.

I ussually zoom in closer. That gives me more room till' I snap to the end. Don't know if this is what you meant, nor is it a permenet fix, but it's all I know.
