Preserved Topic: Make it ~ Repeat Performance ~ Week 90 (Page 1 of 1)

There has been some confusion in the past about what happens in here, so we`ll pretend not everyone has done this every week. For those of you that are new and those memory challenged, it goes like this :

1) Start here with this weeks image(s).

2) Have your way with it. That includes, but is by no means limited to : shake it, bake it, ruffle it smooth it, restore it, destroy it, twist it, burn it, smash it, stretch it, reveal the inner beauty, cut it to the red meat, paste it, waste it, taste it, mould it, mold it, shine it, shank it, dank it, yank it, in short, do to it what you will.

3) Post it here ( Be mindful of file size, thumbnails and text links are perfectly acceptable)

4) No critiques, no recriminations ( unless you do something really stupid )
No winners, no losers.

If you have an image you`d like us to mangle, send it me (see profile) and I`ll do the hard part.
Above all else, the most important thing is that you have fun with it.

This is my first try at this, so forgive me if I am (a)horribly underqualified for such an exercise and/or (b) completely missing the point.

When I got done, it looked like a cover for Cat Fancy.... um, not exactly what I was going for, but it just sort of did its own thing, ya know?



By the way, what are the recommended sizes (pixels and bytes) for images posted in messages?

Nethermind - there's no such thing as underqualified, and you seem to have gotten the point just fine.

Nice work.

As far as posting images, most people prefer that you make a thumbnail and link it to the actual image rather than posting the image directly - a lot of people still using Dial-up connections, and posting the whole image slows things down an awful lot after a while.
