Preserved Topic: another attempt (Page 1 of 1)

I have almost finnished the layout after changing the whole color sheme. What's your opinion on the general layout and design? I know it loads slowly and the links don't work..

Je l'aime. It's easy on the eyes, nice to look at. I think it was good to replace the green with orange, it's not as distracting.

[editing out comments that none of your links work... perhaps the fact that you said "the links don't work" could have tipped me off...]

I think the flash thing in the upper right needs to have a better transition when it loops back to the beginning; the words just disappear and suddenly everything in it is animated again, it's sorta distracting.

wow me really likes. it works really well. i like it alot better than your current design. one thing is the flash animation. the green text is really annoying it stands out to much. where as the rest of the design is sublte and lowkey. just my opinion.

Did no one else have a problem with loading time on this one?!?! Looks good but took way too long to load. I let the whole thing load then shut it and opened it again and it took forever to load again. Something's wrong there.

I am an absolute newbie at flash. I know it sucks, but I really don't know where to start.....

It should'nt load that slow. It loaded in about 12 sec first time, and 3 sec. second, and I'm on 64k ISDN.

yeah i'm a newbie to flash to. its kinda werid. i didnt have a porblem with the loading time. and i'm on a 56k just whent back to have another look. loading time is fine. less than 4 seconds. the only pic that was slow was 5a. but the rest was fine.

haha i really love that interface. the more i look at it the more i like it!! i'll be going back there for sure.
onething dunno it you are planing to do this or not. but mouse overs one the main links up the top?? i think it'd add a bit more dynamics to the site. becasue you have the flash up the top. and that s the only think moveing. kinda distracting :-)
