hi!
good to see the site here! now its time to start ripping it apart!
nah, jsut a few things, the little things:
1) the title. the nascar logo looks very pixely, as does that red outline around the "2000" the titel looks decent enough, except for the "N" of "RACING". im not sure if that white strip should be there either.
2) the mouseover. i like the text color change, but the green arrow looks outta place, IMO.
3) the fish. why is it there? doesnt look that bad at all, just wondering!
4) "GAVIN WEB DESIGN". it says to click the logo. you cant.
5) (dont worry, im running out soon!) the positioning. im thinking that maybe the page could use a bit of a margin, some black on top before the title. jsut a thought. you may want to think about centereing the whole page too, for the higher resolutions.
6) theres no content, so i cant say much about that. this is jstu an interface critique, but im keen to see how you will be presenting your information too! keep us posted...
ok, ive run dry. the interface is pretty nice, its a nice blue, that jsut needs a littel cleanign up. but its a pretty good start, that's for sure!
ooh! another thing! the left blue thing, right - it has little bevels (which look good!) around each black option, but on the outside of the blue thing, it doesnt. that looks good too, but together, im not sure. it seems to need to be uniform, either a little 3d look to it, or not.
cant wait to see if there are any changes - love your work!

I'll have to agree with maost things Buncapixels said.

I think it basically looks good, but there are a few things that might be possible to improve.
The bend of the blue interface background looks very uneven in the curve.
I guess you are not responsible for all the logos and stuff (except for putting them there) but I feel that they ruin much of the page, as they are too busy and colourful. The game-links to the right could probably be half the size, and still be easy enough to find. Unless your page is sponsored by EAsports, which I doubt.

To be honest I think the "Gaving web design" logo is rather uglu... or at least it is too big. And I don't like all the coulours in it. You are bound to "ruin" every webpage you make if you always put that at the bottom - too big, and too many colours.

well I am bias.. being a fellow Michigander! heh well almost... I live here anyhoo..

The site is quite good.. alot I would say has been mentioned... the things I would add are

1. Do you really want to offer free web design?

2. And having all those links to external sites might drive traffic away .. perhaps create some more of your own graphics and then add those links on a links page... thast debatable though.. and is just a thought

all in all quite good imho
