Very nice. I like that a lot. I rellay enjoy the overall look you have going there.

Points to improve on... in my opinion:
- I don't think you need to have that backround image switching like that. I think it'd be better if it was stationary.... it may become an eyesore if some people are trying to read the text that's over it.

- The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th buttons need to have their "hit" area re-worked. When you drag your mouse over these, the "hit" area is set to the text itself rather than the area around the text.

- It may be due to my browser, but when I "mouse-over" the buttons and the text comes up in the middle, the text is not contained within that small open area in the middle.... it ends up running way off to the right of the page behind your buttons which would make it very tough to read.

Last point: It's interesting that you chose to make the text as the buttons rather than the small images. But, doesn't that sort of defeat the purpose of having the images? ...just a thought.

With a small amount of adjustments, I think it's going to be very nice..... good luck with it.
