Great job! Loved the gear animations. They loaded fast and look good. Might be a bit too busy, but I don't suppose folks will be hanging out on the front page long enough for it to matter.

My only suggestions would be to sneak to the top of the front page something about what the company does. The bottom of the page has the phrase about employers finding talent, but I had to scroll down to see it, It took me a little bit to figure out what the site was about. And, yes, I can be pretty dense at times, but I think I represent plenty of other dense folks out there.

I think the suggestion is a great one - it's easy to lose perspective sitting in a room full of people doing what the company does. Points up the value of this forum, so ^5s Doc!

I second everything said above. If you're required to have the spinning gears in the middle, try to sneak in a major slowdown. They would be much less distracting if they rotaded in a real slow flowing manner.
