I like it. Maybe make the black squares a deep brown. The black seems to contrast a bit too much for the over-all brownish feel.

actually they are brown not black. but a very dark brown ( a mixture of black and the asylum bg).

first i thought about leaving these "unused" squares completely away, but that makes the image look 'incomplete'.

It's a little bright...

I also like it.. and like WJ think the dark brown squares could be a bit brighter and the overall sig could be a tad darker... its different ~Vp~

Because you have the 'g' above the baseline, I had to read it twice the realize it says "gRUMBLe". At first glance that 'g' looks like a 'B'.

I like the mosaic effect.

Maybe you need to tone down the white high lights and lighten the really dark parts a little.

ok guys, i'll work on the brightness effects....

actually hyperbole, it is GRUMBLE. just this crazy font makes it look like lowercase....
