3p is curious - "the URL is right... what else could it be?"
he thinks... "let's try this in the root directory:

"well, it's working for me - again... can other people see it?"
3p questions his choice of server....

further pause...

like a puppydog seeking approval, threep bounds off and plays in photoshop, stroking and shrinking.
in the blink of an eye, he is back in the asylum, showing off his latest developments:

...looking at his sig, he just aint satisfied, and says,
"well, im gonna stretch out the right a little, and see how that looks. back in a sec."
true to his word, threep is back for more:

Actually, I think it'd be cool if the top of the d and bottom of the p met the edges, so that they were sort of open to the outside of the sig, know what i mean?

deciding to try slime's idea, threep does a bit of cut and paste.
although it doesnt 'do it' for him, he decides to post anyway, just to show that he is receptive of people's suggestions:





"there it is, done to slime's specs, i believe. eh, i like the one below better."
threep posts, and hopes there are no more complaints about his sig's resemblance to the ever-hated 'big red X'.



threep returns to the post to recheck the URL, and space out the sig more. and, once again, tells himself that its time to do some work.
