If you could make it match the forum colors better, and make a bit smaller, it'd be pretty good

Pugz, I'd only adjust the color and maybe size it down a little, the rest is pretty well laid out, I'd say. The only thing that doesn't fit in perfectly are the two empty "cells" between your addy and your UIN
