Good guess, it's 3DS Max and Photoshop. An experiment I was doing, where I rendered individual channels for use in a composite Photoshop image.
Here's the full size image, with the layers shown:
Going from the upper left, across the top, the layers are:
1 - the background (normal, 100%)
(not shown) a levels layer, bumping the background to black on white
2 - the drop shadow (normal, 100%)
3 - the colors (normal, 100%)
4 - the internal reflection highlights (color dodge, 50%)
5 - the refracted background (overlay, 100%)
6 - the inner shading (overlay, 50%)
7 - the specular highlights (screen, 100%)
8 - the reflection map (hard light, 40%)
If I were going for total realism, the shadow would be tinted to the glass colors, but it didn't seem worth the trouble for the sig. Very few people would be able to see the difference at that size.
