Is there a way to know exact XYZ center/edge positioning of objects in Bryce? How do I set these? I'm having a real hard time aligning objects in my scenes...

Ahh press the lil 'a'. then click 'show origin handle'. in that screen btw are the co-ords for your object which you can adjust manually but anyways, click the okay tick, now your object will have a green square in the center. Click and drag it (hold shift or ctrl) to align it to the edge and your object will move from that point from now on.

To snap two objects together select the 1st object, then shift+click the object you want to align to it (so both are selected). then go - edit controls >> 5th totem along >> click the lil arrow below it (i love bryce, its so cryptych) and walla - your snapping options. Choose 'Snap together' and your done.

Oh and read the manual, it seriously helps.

Another nice approach is to align your scene on a 90 deg insted of a 45.........i always go to top view and re-align my camera angle so it shoots dead on..........that way im not trying to align everything on a 45 but a 90...........a bit more manageable i think.

Yah spot on. Rearrange your cameras then save it as 'default.br4' in the programme folder, then it will open that way for you everytime. Not a bad idea to add a few lights and set a new sky to this file either =)
