It's the only editor I use.

It is excellent and I highly recommend it.

There are many downloadable add-ons, and it is highly customizable.

Truly a great tool

I use it to make my java programs... although the evaluation version is fully functional it does have a nagging "please register me type screen" that opens every time it starts...

I have a unlimited user license if you want to register it, "its legal, if your curious"

I havent got into any of the add ons yet. I sure do like the one click insertion of blank pages and full tables, etc.

the clip libraries are great, and the editable syntax definitions for the color coding are wondeful too.

Most of the coding I do is HTML and CSS, but there are countless features that make it great for all kinds of other languages.

I use it all the time.. I drag .htm files from a folder into it.. and I right-click -> textpad to use it.. OR I right click and send-to -> Textpad...

dead handy.. its everything Notepad *should* be...

I also like notetab (from notetab.com), which lets me write scripts in Perl to operate on my files. BUT, it does not yet have syntax highlighting, which is its biggest weakness.
