Hmm? Almost *too* easy, it begs for a more complicated answer! You need, of course, and HTML editor, which is usually nothing more than a text editor with cool little functions to add HTML tags quickly and easily. Most of the better ones will do color-coding of the tags so you can see what's going on easily. Here's a list of some of the better editors... |

Or you could just open it up in something like Notepad - its not got any features that will help you edit the page but it is an option. |

An HTML file, despite the ".htm" or ".html" extension, is really nothing more than a text file. It's a text file that's written in such a way that a browser is able to interpret it and make a visual representation of it. |
