![]() Well the example you provided uses Frames, so it all *appears* to be one page, but in actuality there are a few. The navigation is in one frame, while the content is in the other. If you need further explanation just say so |

![]() From SSI to DHTML and IFRAMES there are all kinds of ways to achieve this effect. I would recommend using frames though, as it's the most compatible and smoothest of the way you can do it in. Sorry for the lackluster respones, but I too am in a rush |
