hi all

dont know if its html but anyway

how can i make my navigation to always stay on the same page and only the content will change ...
dont know if i make myself understandable

i want to be somehow like this

Well the example you provided uses Frames, so it all *appears* to be one page, but in actuality there are a few. The navigation is in one frame, while the content is in the other. If you need further explanation just say so

From SSI to DHTML and IFRAMES there are all kinds of ways to achieve this effect. I would recommend using frames though, as it's the most compatible and smoothest of the way you can do it in. Sorry for the lackluster respones, but I too am in a rush
