Preserved Topic: table problem (Page 1 of 1)

Mozilla renders this correctly, but IE not.

Seems like IE doesn't know what to do with something like <table height="*">...
I'll have a closer look and come back to you soon!

edit: I couldn't think of a perfect solution yet, but if you're not going to have the table borders displayed in the final version, you could probably set the height to 95% and nobody would see the difference...

Anybody knows a non-table solution for that layout?
I have problems with centering the layer in the middle and the static distance from the bottom of the screen (bottom:100px .
