When you first load the page it looks just fine, however, if you click on a link and then click the back button, the table is now not quite 100% anymore, its like 15px short of the edge. When you click refresh, all's well again. Whassupwitdat?

So, your <BODY> tag should look like this: <BODY LEFTMARGIN="0" RIGHTMARGIN="0" TOPMARGIN="0" BOTTOMMARGIN="0" MARGINWIDTH="0" MARGINHEIGHT="0">
