i reckon that this wont be the average webring, so it shouldnt just be called a webring.
name suggestions anyone?
all i can think of so far is "cell inspections"... but that lacks any charisma...

Doc, If you need any help with hacking that thing, or anything else related to PERL, I'm here...

Cool, this is going to be good, I'm thinking! The basics of this script are really neat, the toughest part for me at this stage is just trying to make it not look ugly, but so far the code looks clean. Max, I'll lean on you for perl advice as needed, expect some posts here this weekend as I work. Possible hacks I'd like to see? I was thinking this will make a really cool links page, but how do we organize the links? I'm pretty sure ringlink has a counter to help equalize the number of hits each page gets, ,but that might have been a future plan. I figure once I have all these links and descriptions, I'd like to see them set up as a page, maybe with a voting booth! (Hah! One of those things I always seem to want, and nobody else seems to want to work with, heh.) I'll take all the discussions on the workings of this thing here in this thread, cool? More soon!
