Yah, you should have gotten a username and passowrd when you registered the domain with NetworkSolutions, now you can log in there and change the DNS to point to the name servers at your new host, wherever it happens to be. Also, yes, this part usually costs money too, bummer. Free hosts do exist, but the speed and quality is about what you'd expect, worth every penny, heh. Ive got two temp (free) domains at f2s.com, and they are *so* slow, I doubt I'll use them. If you're going to spend money, I typically plug dreamhost (link at the bottom of the page), they been good to me. |

Not bad. I registered my previous domain with NS and it was 60 bucks. After reading some stuff here I went to 000domains.com and registered two domain names for 27.00 bucks a year. Not bad, the only thing sucks is that they don't offer mail routing. Does anyone know any workarounds with that? I want to have a nice proffesional e-mail addy.?? |

I too am interested in this topic and have been grabbing info here & there... including a click to 'Dreamhost' and others...and I'm still going through that... and Doc I see that the "Ozone" is hosted by Visicom ? |
