I was just wondering, how does the sms service work,

can i have a web server add on or somthing like that, to send sms from my page?

Do you want your to receive a sms when your server is down?
Or do you want to let the users of your webpage send an sms to any (ok, about any...) cellphone?

Completly different. There are free services for the first, I think. The second one would be difficult, since, at least in Germany the provideres raised the rates for email-to-sms by about 400%, beginning on Jan 1, 2002.

well, i'm working on a ringtones page, where you can search for a rington and you get the notes for the song.

but i think it will be even better if you just can press a button and the ringtone will be send't to your phone.
how can i do that?
