Topic awaiting preservation: Help installing PHPBB on a local server (Page 1 of 1)

Hi guys,
I have a server(windows 2K) which i would like to host a forum on as well as my web site.
I have installed MySql and PHPTraid, but now i`m stuck with installing the forum, Can anybody help me install the damn thing to my server? I have been strugling with this for over week and i`m still no closer to getting it installed.

if you had told us what you had done so far, this would be easier.
Usually, setting up such a system only involved extracting the archive and adjusting the configuration file (or using a web based installer).

So, where are you stuck?
