Who can edit a post?	The poster and administrators may edit a post. The poster can only edit it for a short while after the initial post.

That's just one scenario I can imagine. I suppose the problem is figuring out just how much time to allow before the post is closed to editing. In some cases, four hours would be too long, while in others it might not be enough. It's quite a dilemma, actually. How about a compromise: 12 hours?
