The name is the site is lost in the header, and it takes forever to load on my laptop at work. I have dialup at work (don't ask) and that is were I do the majority of my browsing. If I hadn't wanted to wait for your site to load so I could see it, then I would have closed the window and gone elsewhere in my browsing. The other crits that Jestah mentioned are the same for me. Why would you have such a HUGE header area, but constrain your actual content to that comparatively tiny area? It makes no sense. The navigation is hidden in the menu button that you have to click on to open it up.
