Topic awaiting preservation: Looking for Vector expert for help! (Page 1 of 1)

I've just been assigned a nice little gig transfering a logo I did in PS to a vector graphic for export in a 3D app. Problem is,
I don't know s**t about vector graphics nor do I have the time to learn as I've done with PS.

I'm hoping that someone can at least direct me to someone or somewhere that may be able to help me transfer it over.
I don't have access to my webs server but if you email me I can send a small logo to get the idea of what I'm doing.

I'm at the point where even if I need to pay someone to help me do it, it's all good. Thanks guys!

I could lend you a hand, how soon do you need it? I wouldn't get chance to work on it until Friday or Saturday but I could have it ready for you sometime Sunday morning or late afternoon. I assume you would need and EPS, version 5 or 6 compatable as I I seam to rember your being a fellow Lightwave user.

I send you an email with my ftp server and set up an account for you to use, its a little slow but it works.
or simply email me a low-res so I can take a look at it and give you a better time frame.

No payment would be necessary, if I could include it in my portfolio it would be enough or Perhap maybe a trade, I always need intresting textures and/or better yet leaves scanned on a white background. Something I could include in upcomming leaf clip map and tileable texture collection I am working on.

Let me know if there are any specific leaves you need... we have some pretty exotic leaves here.

I finished it off, you should receive a email shortly.

It contains a 2 meg .zip file and has it in several formats.

I would be happy with anything realy. Interesting leaf scans, perferablility 300dpi @ 4x5, bushes, trees, and ground cover something useable for arch/vis, or perhap some beach/wave shots as I am about as far from an ocean as you can get. Anything you can't get easly in Minnesota would be great. I'll be editing them, creating meshes and bump maps etc.... The colleciton may be commercial or freeware I haven't decided yet. They'll however will be roylity free for all use except resale. Right now I am thinking of giving away some on my site until I get it extabished and then charge for a cd collection or maybe I'll do the old low-res /high-res thing subscriber thing. But the whole project it's slow going as I am using it to learn backend programming, setup, when i am not doing my real job.
