I know I have kicked this idea around with Rinswind over some ideas for actually producing books in both an eBook and paper format but I thought it worth throwing the debate open for ideas, insight, experience, etc. esp, as this article suggests: |

Good luck - I spent a while looking around and couldn't find it. The URLs to archived threads resolve just fine but those that haven't been archived go elsewhere and searching for 'print ' and 'demand' doesn't appear to find it. |
