Just a final point... code: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd"> But written in above they also have code: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?> From testing this out I've found that with the ?xml declaration above the doctype, IE reverts back to quirks mode, and I'm pretty sure Mozilla does too. |
