Ok this was very hard for me who has very little experience with a no table layout. But I managed it and have finally finished my first CSS/XHTML site *phew* ok now hit me what ya think. Version 2 good, version 2 bad...

Like before if it's not too much a hassle I would appreciate a rating so I can see where I need more improvement.

I have to warn you though I still have a major problem with the site... it only looks good on IE I checked it on Opera and Mozilla and no luck it look all bashed up. Here's my CSS if anyone knows how to fix all that crap that happens to the site, I'd really like some pointers.

I am kind of sad to see that you have not kept your old concept.

The site is kind of slow to load on dialup (yes, believe it or not ppl still use that stuff, lol)

It does scale well @ 800x600 screen res and looks fine @ 1024x768

It also loads fine in FireFox 0.8, only thing I can see different is that the "Contours Version II Launch Detected" is not in the same place, sorry I can't really help on that one.

I don't feel I'm experienced enough to judge any site by it's code, but the overall appearence is nice.

Hope this helps a little, and glad to see you're learning new things. It's always nice to learn new things.

well, the site loads very different in firefox and in IE. especially the div including the welcome to contours stuff. this one jumps down in firefox. also the whole site has a top margin in firefox, which seems very strange to me.
oh and i would not set the body's width to 600somewhat pixels.....try to center the container instead.
all in all, this site needs a few css fixes, then it will be fine in more browsers.
