Is it supposed to look that boxy? I don't know cars, so maybe it is. I don't know.
What method are you using?
Care to share a wire?

In Rhino (except the tutorials, of cource).

I'm modelling with nurbs using differnet commands like:
Loft (create surface between curves), Sweep 2-rails, drag curve to surface, edge curves,
planar curves and trim.

As a fellow 3d newbie, it's better than I can do :P

Here's some C&C

-it's definately "boxy" as WJ said take a look at cars or pictures of them. Notice how the hood curves towards the ground, and the sides curve in a bit from a top-down view
-the hood gets cut in really deep, try lessening it by about half
-it's not "shiny", here's an example render I found (blender+yafray) http://www.coala.uniovi.es/~jandro/noname/gallery/data/erufailon_0001.jpg

(i couldn't see the wireframe, the link didn't work)

hope that helps

Thanks for c&c nimonkeys...
I'll think about them when I modell my next car.
The wire is only up when I'm using my computer.
Beacuse I use it as a webserver.

I can think about some really boxy cars like Volvo 740. My car
Is smooth compared to that....
