One of the main 'sightings' if you will happened late at night. A couple of friends were sleeping over and they were in a differant room than I. I woke up for no reason and I looked at the stairs. ( Due to the lay out of the room those are the first thing you see when sitting up from a laying position on the couch). On the stairs what seemed to be a shadow of a humanoid creature with long spindly legs and arms. The 'arm's ended in 'fingers' that looked more like pointed claws. This 'shadow' was NOT connected to ANY thing other than itself and maybe the wall behind it. It came running down the stairs at unbelievable rate of speed and stopped suddenly at the bottom. Almost seeming to stop and ponder the picture hanging there of a bible open to the verse: ' the fruit of the spirit is love, joy,peace.......' after a brief moment it vanished seemingly into the picture. Keep in mind this picture has given me strange feelings ever since I was four when I thought I saw a disformed shadow seeping from it. My family and I have had several other paranormal encounters including another which invovles my cousin Sara and this same spectre/shadow/thing. ok...I don't have anything to contribute here, but I just have ot say he asked thw question the in Belief in Paranormal thread, not forum. The heirarchy structure of a bulliten board goes as thus:

Top level: The board: this is the sum total of everything.
Second level: the sections: these are the forums, grouped together by relevant discussion subject
Third level: The forums: the forums contain all of the individual discussions
Fourth level: the threads: The threads are the discussions themselves and the posts therein
