How to make a round coner square. thanks

I'll assume you aren't illiterate, and recommend you read the manual. (Google would help, also).

You could either cut enough away to square off the corner, then sand it down, or use a plane.

Another thing you could try (especially if it's gonna' be painted, so it'll be less noticeable) is to cut a square from the corner, then attach a square piece which can be sanded down to tidy the join.

Lastly, and this is the tricky one... buy a new one with square curves, rather than round corners....

OK, so we're talking Photoshop here, right? You have used the program before, yes? I'm just going to assume that you have and plow ahead.

So you want rounded corners. How would you normally make round things in PS? For example, how would you make a circle? Do you think it might be possible that you could use that same tool to help you out here? You could maybe make a small circle the same color as your square, and then just cut out the part you need (which would be one-quarter). Voila! Rounded corners.

Of course, if you don't already know how to make a circle in PS, then this isn't going to help very much. If that is the case, report to the tower immediately for shock therapy.

As I understand it the image already has rounded corners, and he wants to make them square. Can we see an example? Maybe even a shot of part of the image so we can give better advice???

You're kidding me, right? He wants to make rounded corners square? I just figured he couldn't speak English too well. It never occurred to me that someone would not know how to make squares...

But yes, showing us the actual image would help...
