I've always thought that there is nothing that flash does that can't be done with JS, after all, it'a a bunch of jpg's as frames that get showed/hidden/moved according to some code, flash I mean. |

I know this isn't Flash to JS converstion but there is a Powerpoint to JS program called impatica. And if you think about it all PowerPoint does is take images and hides them in layers and then displays and shows as needed. So the idea is out there and definately works. I think the whole question would be, would it be efficient? Also note that ActionScript is a heck of alot like JavaScript. |

Combining SVG with JS would allow for nearly anything that you can do in Flash, however. |
