Just stumbled across this article. Apparently BT is looking to install a filtering software (CleanFeed) for their broadband customers to filter out sites (suspected?) sexual child abuse, and just showing "page not found". |

Agh, if people don't want to see the sites they should purchase software or get a brain. I've never accidently stumbled on any website of the child porn type (this sentence doesn't mean that I've purposely gone to any ever; I've never seen one nor do i condone their existence) and I don't like people censoring anything. |

I agree with tnt on this one. Censoring is dumb besides the internet is censored enough already. You will notice that there are a lot of sites about communism that are blocked by the government. |

hmm maybe i just went to the wrong ones or am being paranoid i don't know but when i tried to do a report on the pros of TRUE communism vs. Democract I was not allowed on almost half the sites i tried on any computer whether there was a network or an 'unrestricted' web access |
