There are many different installer programs around for Windows (this is for windows yeah?, Multi OS installers are another breed of beast all togther), some are free, some arent, but like most you get what you pay for. If you want some kind of eye popping multimedia toting installer then you'll either need to make it yourself or shell out for one that'll let you embed those kinds of elements into it. If you're really keen to go all out you might want to look into some of the stardock software.
