I want to use UTF-16 Encoding for all XML Doc's but I don't know how to start with it.
I have this code in Web.Config:

<globalization requestEncoding="utf-8" responseEncoding="utf-16" fileEncoding="utf-8"/>

If I write other "utf16" instead of "utf-8" I Get errors and If I try to write UTF-16 to an XSL File as:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform">

I get an Error of "Order Byte Mark". WhatCan I do If I want to use XSl UTF-16???

The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.
Don't follow his example - seek real life help first.
