Topic: Fancy open and close quotes

I need fancy open and close quotes (doubles) around the big bold text on this page:

Is it best to do this with an image, or can I correctly render these with HTML?

What do you mean by "fancy"?

If you mean anything like what I use here - http://in-dented.com/ , you can see how I do it in the source. The <span> that wraps around the actual quotes is only there because I set the font-size larger.

I like your site, in IE. And there-in lies the problem. PLEASE, I'm begging you, don't make me use M$ Internet Explorer...

It may be to do with the font you are using also

Just as an aside, are you aware that you have "Ultimage Image" down in your copyright line?
