Now y'all can easily email inmates
(provided both of you have stored a valid email address in your profiles).
Just visit their patient file, and hit
'Sent E-mail' at the lower ::cough:: ::cough:: left. Enter your message and send it.

Your own emailaddress will be revealed to the receiver - but you won't see the receiver's unless he actually replies.
There are some heavy anti-spam measures in place: You need an asylum account, you can only send one message every 10 minutes, and you need to have stored an email address yourself (which of course is automatically true for all new inmates since the launch of the grail).
