I can't seem to locate the "Animation" window, I've tried everything, from window->Animation, to resizing my stuff to see if it showed up, nothing. It's not anywhere. What can I do to make it show again, and to prevent this? Thanks.

a quick google for 'imageready reset windows' turned me here:
http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/photoshop/ht/trashprefs.htm
which says

which should place all windows at their default positions.
