The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.

Cocoon's demos are extremely buggy. Most of their demos never worked on my various computers and the computers of my friends/family. Among their prods Shad 2 worked once or twice. All their other prods crashed while loading or in the middle. I've met Guile and Nytrik several times since ~95 and respect their work, but damn, I'm really pissed of by their incompatibility problems. Whenever Guile buy a new beast of a computer he releases a prod ... that work only on his own computer

And on the competiton machine, on my home machine, on my work pc...

You're a "lucky" man. I thought you knew that Guile had to use his own computer several times to show his prods in a demo compo due to imcompability problems. Have you read the comments about Raw Confession ? I'm not the only pal who had troubles to get it working.

I know nobody who never met some repeated problems with Shad, Shad 2, Glon 243 or Raw Confession since the year of their respective releases. Even Guile had some problems with his own prods when he finished/polished them on the party places. You may say it's normal to meet some bugs during the development process of a prod, but in regard of the months of work they put in each of them I find it scary to still meet some random and severe bugs ( causing the crash of the demo, freezing the OS or wildly rebooting the computer ) little hours before the deadline.

... time to get an antivirus, a gpu and to stop messing up with Open source software maybe?

I know you're teasing me. But don't you think the chances that I didn't found a single computer/person able to run any of their prods like a charm during the last 6 years are extremely slim ? I've had several computers during this period, and never kept a GPU or CPU more than 2years. OSS are less bloated and vulnerables ( due to their extremely tight bugfixing timeline and the fact that they share common libraries ) than closed source softwares.

No need to enter in a flame war, anyway.
